QUESTION:

"I'm so scared of making the wrong decision, so thought you might be able to advise me. I have bought a new flat, and it has carpets over the wooden floors. Do you know who'd be good at taking those up. And would any company buy the carpets, which are in good condition? Do stainless steel fridges stain? I have heard that they do, but I think they are so beautiful. And are leather couches hot to sit on in summer?"

Lift your carpets up and show those beautiful wooden floors. (I suggest you put an advert in the newspaper to sell your carpets) Leather is diff. not hot to sit on!! I have never heard of a stainless fridge stain - talk to the manufacturers about your problem before purchasing.
