Two occasions have been arranged to show off Elbeth Gillis' Summer 2009 evening and wedding dress couture in association with Chef Sanel Esterhuizen of OYO and Southern Right Wines and in support of Ikamva Labantu — a South African non-profit organisation.

A delicious menu including an extravagant Lindt-themed dessert has been masterminded by Chef Sanel for the day.

Timed for the wedding season, Elbeth Gillis will show-case her latest wedding Collection which is bound to stir romance in everyone and Chef Sanel will prepare delectable crayfish for the occasion.
