In this look the sultry actress is sporting a glamorous, radiant look with the main focus on her luminous complexion, glossy red lips and side-swept ponytail.

Hair

The beauty of this 'do is that it can work well with beach hair or slightly dirty hair – it doesn't have to be freshly washed.

Curl large sections with a curling wand, in this case don't just curl the ends, be sure to do some pieces closer to the roots too in order to create a tousled, voluminous effect. Create a side parting and loosely tie the hair to one side with a hair elastic or a clip.

I always struggle with the 'loosely' part and end up with a schoolgirl ponytail, so remember that it should look tousled and casually done, and not structured at all.

Complexion

I love this look on Rosario! It's simultaneously matte and luminous.

Unfortunately very few of us have skin that naturally looks like this, so your best bet would be an illuminating primer. While they have the standard ingredients that blur imperfections, absorb excess oil and makes foundation application smoother, they also contain brightening particles to contribute to a 'lit from within' look.

A great product to try is Stila One Step Illuminate, R330. Give it a minute or two to 'set', and follow with concealer and foundation as usual. If you really want to step up the luminosity, you can mix some liquid highlighter with your foundation as well.

This isn't suitable for oily or problem skin though, as it will accentuate imperfections. Avoid powder if possible, but if you can't go without it, opt for a translucent powder like Catrice Prime and Fine, R75, or otherwise a pure mineral powder that's not going to take away the luminous effect.

Apply a very soft, natural pink blusher across the apple of the cheeks; just a touch is enough.

Eyes

Simply sweep a golden highlighter shade across the lower half of the lid, and add a couple of touches of beige highlighter in the inner corners of the eyes. I would avoid eyeliner completely, and just load lashes with a couple of layers of black mascara. Fill the brows with a pencil if necessary.

Lips

Because there is so much focus on them, make sure your lips are exfoliated and well moisturised with a nourishing lip balm. I can only think of two products that can result in this dewy, yet bold, look: Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple, R115, or YSL Glossy Stain in #12, R365.
