Here's how to mix up a Newtown Hansa Fizz:

Ingredients

2 slices ginger

12.5ml honey

25ml cloudy apple juice

Hansa Pilsener (to fill your glass)

Method

Mix ginger with honey.

Then add ice and apple juice and shake well.

Pour into glass and top with Hansa Pilsener.

Garnish with lemon.
