After a successful and sumptuous dinner at Kitchen Angel last month, Wine Concepts will host their second wine and food pairing dinner at Cape Angel Guesthouse in Newlands, Cape Town on Thursday, 21 June.
Kitchen Angel owner, Lynn Angel, will prepare a sumptuous four course dinner and Mike and Corlien from Wine Concepts will use their winning wine-pairing skills to pair each delightful course with a unique accompanying wine from selected wineries.
Methode Cap Classique wine will be served on arrival and this event is limited to 20 guests with tickets at R400 per person. Booking is essential.
Angel caters for celebratory events, international culinary tour groups, food and wine pairing dinners, and hosts cooking events for corporate team building and had trained under Michelin-acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc in London.
