Lindsay Lohan is reportedly in talks to become the House of Emanuel Ungaro's "creative consultant". The 'Mean Girls' actress is said to be discussing the role with label bosses in Paris, although head designer of the brand Esteban Cortazar is reportedly unhappy with the move.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Esteban is threatening to leave the company if they bring Lindsay on as a consultant. It has been a revolving door of designers there and if he leaves, his team will go with him.
"Ungaro thinks Lindsay is going to bring the company new energy and new buzz, but she is going to be the nail in the coffin. Nobody will take them seriously ever again."
Esteban joined the label in 2007 when he was 23, and was praised after his first collection debuted last year.
The fashion house is no stranger to working with celebrities. In 2008, the label and Avon teamed up to launch two fragrances — U by Ungaro for Her and U by Ungaro for Him — which Reese Witherspoon was the face of.
Lindsay has previously spoken of her love of fashion, and has her own range of leggings and fake tan.
Orlando Bloom was the special guest at New York's Burberry party. The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor was personally invited to the glamorous event at the city's Palace Hotel rooftop by the British fashion house's creative director Christopher Bailey.
Orlando — who arrived with girlfriend Miranda Kerr — said: "I wouldn't have missed it."
The British star was also seen chatting to Clare Danes and Hugh Dancy at the bash, which celebrated the unveiling of a set of new Burberry lights on top of the fashion label's new US headquarters on Madison Avenue.
Other people at the bash included model Molly Simms, 'Gossip Girl' star Blake Lively and Justin Long.
Apparently, Scarlett Johansson is the face of Mango. The 24-year-old actress will appear in the Spanish retailer's Autumn/Winter 09 advertising campaigns, taking over from her 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' co-star Penelope Cruz who has worked with the firm for four seasons.
Mango said: "Scarlett has an extraordinary personality — fun, young. She's Mango's ideal urban woman, independent and cosmopolitan."
Although the launch date of the campaign is yet to be announced, it has already been shot by photographer Mario Sorrenti in Los Angeles.
Other stars who have worked with the brand include Milla Jovovich, Lizzy Jagger, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova and Claudia Schiffer.
Shock, horror, Angelina Jolie had anti-ageing products delivered to her new movie set!
The actress — who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt — is reportedly such a big fan of Yon-Ka's cleansing milk and anti-ageing body balm she had her personal make-up artist call the firm to have a selection of products hand-delivered to the set of her latest production 'Salt', according to In Touch Weekly magazine.
Yon-Ka products contain plant and marine extracts and are usually customised for the user's specific skin care needs.
Angelina is not the only actress concerned about retaining her youthful looks.
Reese Witherspoon is reportedly a huge fan of beauty giant BORBA's DeLuscious Vitamin Enhanced Cookies which contain acai, an ingredient which claims to combat fine lines and wrinkles.
The tasty treats come in different flavours including Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Toffee White Chocolate, and boast more than nine minerals and vitamins.
Courteney Cox and Renee Zellweger are also believed to be fans of the cookies. Demi Moore has previously admitted to covering herself in blood-sucking leeches to cleanse her body.
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana want to have sex with Madonna?
The gay fashion designer duo — who dated for 20 years before they split in 2005 — have revealed the 'Material Girl' singer is the one woman they would love to sleep with.
Gabbana gushed: "There are a lot of beautiful girls in the world, but she would be the ultimate."
The pair has been friends with the 50-year-old pop star since she wore one of their shirts in her 1991 film 'In Bed with Madonna'.
Over 15 years later, she's still one of their closest friends, but they'd never follow her lead and create a budget fashion line for H+M.
Gabbana explained: "We don't need to. That kind of mass exposure could be dangerous for us and our brand."
When it comes to their couture range, the pair plan to keep designing clothes until for as long as physically possible.
Julianne Moore looked like "Big Bird" at last year's Cannes Film Festival.
The 48-year-old actress loves the lavish, yellow Lacroix gown she wore to the prestigious French film event, but admits it made her look like the oversized character from US children's TV show 'Sesame Street'.
She said: "It was the kind of dress you could only wear in Europe. If you wore it in the United States, I think they'd call you Big Bird."
Julianne is close friends with American designer Tom Ford — who was the creative director of Gucci from 1994 to 2004, and now works on his eponymous label — who has praised her dedication to fashion.
He told Britain's Vogue magazine: "She has a terrific eye. She absolutely understands clothes, has a sense of history of clothing, and the same with interiors and with art.
"And she knows herself, which for an actress is important — you are your instrument. She's a great pleasure to dress because she looks at herself the way a fashion designer does — she breaks herself down in that same way."
