Eternal youth for Queen of Pop

She's an icon of sex appeal who has continued to reinvent herself through the decades. With careful body sculpting and airbrushing to stay young, is Madonna's need to stay in the game a little too obsessive?

This recent shoot for her up coming album is heavily retouched to give the star a look of eternal youth.
The premise seems to be 'the sexier, the better' but is it getting harder to believe?
Entitled 'MDNA', the album is set for release this month.
